Société Immobilière Galion is looking for a Project Manager for its Technical Services Department, who will be responsible for planning and supervising the complete realization of projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor tenant administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, security and snow removal.
  • Take charge of tenants from the moment they arrive, acting as a resource person for them throughout the rental contract.
  • Organize and evaluate the execution of repairs, maintenance and renovations, and monitor work progress and costs within budgets.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords. Develop and maintain good business relationships with tenants and suppliers.
  • Weekly visits to buildings to check on condition and work carried out, and to meet tenants.
  • Be available at all times in case of emergency in the various buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with operating budgets and participate in drawing up future budgets in conjunction with the property accountant. Participate in expense control during variance analysis meetings.
  • Use appropriate technologies to control and monitor access systems, ventilation systems, cameras and building lighting.

Skills required

  • 5 to 10 years in a similar position
  • Very good level of written French
  • Knowledge of English
  • Comfortable with computers and management software
