In 2025, Galion pursued the integration of ESG principles – environment, social and governance – through concrete actions deployed across its real estate portfolio.Having laid the foundations of our commitment, the year 2025 marks an important milestone: that of taking action.Here is an overview of the initiatives achieved in 2025 and the priorities that will guide our actions in 2026.

Accelerating environmental initiatives

In 2025, a number of actions have been taken to reduce the environmental footprint of our buildings and improve the overall performance of our portfolio.

Deployment of charging stations

28 new charging stations have been installed in 6 of our buildings. These are in addition to the existing charging points, bringing the total to almost 45 by 2026.

These initiatives are part of a clear commitment to making our property portfolio more sustainable and resilient.

Advances in certification

The year 2025 also saw major advances in environmental recognition.

In all, Galion now has 7 buildings certified or in the process of being certified by 2026 (LEED NC, LEED EB, BOMA).
