2025: concrete action in the field
The year 2025 was marked by concrete advances in several dimensions of our ESG approach, from the environment to governance and the tenant experience.
Accelerating environmental initiatives
In 2025, a number of actions have been taken to reduce the environmental footprint of our buildings and improve the overall performance of our portfolio.
- Deployment of charging stations for electric vehicles
- Optimizing the energy performance of certain assets
- Improving building management practices
Deployment of charging stations
28 new charging stations have been installed in 6 of our buildings. These are in addition to the existing charging points, bringing the total to almost 45 by 2026.
These initiatives are part of a clear commitment to making our property portfolio more sustainable and resilient.
Advances in certification
The year 2025 also saw major advances in environmental recognition.
- LEED Gold certification for 7100 Jean-Talon
- LEED Gold certification in progress at 25 Lafayette, Longueuil
- LEED certification in progress at 1611 Crémazie Est
In all, Galion now has 7 buildings certified or in the process of being certified by 2026 (LEED NC, LEED EB, BOMA).
These processes help to structure our approach and measure our ESG performance in concrete terms.
