Property manager (Montreal Area)
Job Profile
Position Summary
We are looking for a property manager to play a key role in managing a real estate portfolio, ensuring both tenant satisfaction and the smooth operation of the buildings. You will be responsible for lease administration, administrative and budgetary management, building maintenance, as well as contract tracking, tenders, and coordinating maintenance teams.

Main Responsibilities
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Manage tenant relations and the tenant community, handle service calls, and assist with onboarding new tenants;
- Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and oversee billing and collections;
- Implement emergency plans, manage inspections and repairs, and ensure compliance and safety of the premises;
- Manage vendor contracts, monitor the maintenance schedule, and optimize energy consumption;
- Supervise, support, and communicate effectively with the maintenance team;
- Prepare and draft quotes, requests for proposals, and purchase orders, and ensure their follow-up and accuracy;
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance work and related special projects;
- Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance.
Skills Profile and Required Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) in administration or another relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry across multiple locations;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively meet the needs of our tenants;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to read and understand commercial leases.

You must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car to travel throughout the Greater Montreal area.
