Position Summary

The mandate is to organize and structure the management of 45 gas stations. The mandate includes management of operations and tenant services, as well as coordination with the accounting department for all administrative matters. The person in charge of the position will also have to monitor tenant fit-out work, and will be able to count on the collaboration of technical services for structural issues.

Main responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant service calls and resolve issues, ensuring that leases are respected;
  • Coordinate all administrative follow-up with the accounting department (13th invoice, rebilling, renewal of letters of credit and insurance, etc.);
  • Award and monitor service contracts at each gas station;
  • Set up mechanisms to monitor operations (complete lists of tenant contacts and suppliers by region, etc.);
  • Ensure that all required documentation is obtained from tenants (maintenance contracts for mechanical and electrical systems, proof of insurance, etc.);
  • Coordinate all work with tenants in collaboration with Technical Services;
  • Participate in drawing up operating budgets;
  • Monitor building maintenance and condition;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with gas station managers and oil companies.

Skill Profile and Qualification Required

  • Thoroughness in follow-up and documentation, and understanding of real estate leases;
  • Interpersonal skills and concern for quality of service;
  • Availability for after-hours service calls.
