La Société Immobilière Galion is looking for a Project Manager for its Technical Services Department, whose mandate will be to plan and supervise the complete execution of projects.

Principales responsibilities:

• Administer contracts awarded to professionals and contractors;
• Develop the facilities management strategy and programs for the buildings in the portfolio;
• Coordinate all activities to ensure that costs, schedules, and project standards and requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• + 5 years experience in a building construction or building services management role;
• Spoken and written languages: French and English;
• Proficiency in the Office suite and general computer skills.
