Position Summary

Main responsibilities

  • Performs human resources administrative tasks within the company, applying the HR procedures and practices in place within the company,
  • Plan, participate in the development and apply HR policies within the company,
  • Be the contact person for employees on general HR matters (internal policies and procedures, insurance program, payroll, working conditions)
  • Provide information and advice to VPs on good HR practices and policies related to compensation and benefits plans
  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day management and operations of human resources files in the following areasHR Administration:
  • Payroll tasks and processing
  • Absence and vacation bank follow-up
  • Maintenance of management charts
  • Follow-up on the management of employee benefits (enrolment, update, renewal)
  • Manage OHS and disability files
  • Various administrative follow-ups related to the arrival and departure of employees

Skill Profile and Qualification Required

Training / Experience / Certification

  • Manage the organization of training courses (registration, reservations, travel, etc.)
  • Follow-up on training courses
  • Regulatory reporting

Recruitment and integration of new employees:

  • Ensure the administrative coordination of recruitments
  • Participate in the recruitment process (posting, analysis of applications, taking references, communication with managers, etc.)
  • Coordinate the integration process of new employees
  • Participate and/or support from an administrative point of view the implementation of various initiatives related to human resources management.
  • Coordinate the ordering of computer, cellular or office equipment, according to the policies in effect.
